Samer S. Arafat
Samer Arafat has experience litigating a variety of health law-related cases. Prior to joining Fraser, Watson, & Croutch, Samer worked as a law clerk helping defend against claims of Elder Abuse and Medical Malpractice. In his final year of law school, Samer served as Certified Legal Intern at the Milton A. Kramer Health Law Clinic where he successfully represented clients in Social Security disability claims as well as applications for guardianships and conservatorships. Samer previously served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable John A. Slawson of the Los Angeles Superior Court, Southwest Division, and a Corporate Counsel Extern at OnX Enterprise Solutions.
