Marijana Kral

Marijana Kral is a personal injury and products liability litigator with expertise in medical malpractice, general liability, wrongful death, elder abuse, and allegations of manufacturer negligence and defects.  Over her 25+ year career, Marijana has represented hospitals, individual physicians, registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, respiratory therapists, physician groups, medical researchers, elder care facilities, and medical organizations, as well as injured parties. She has experience defending high exposure; complex general and professional liability claims. Marijana’s extensive litigation experience includes investigation, discovery, legal strategy, depositions, law and motion, oral argument, expert discovery and depositions, mediation and settlement negotiations, trial preparation and assistance at trial. She also handles ECT hearings and LPS conservatorships in mental health court.
