Megan P. Best
Megan Best joined Fraser Watson & Croutch in October 2017 and has focused her practice primarily on elder abuse. Prior to joining the firm, Megan practiced for almost four years as a criminal and civil appellate attorney in Boston, Massachusetts. During this time, she advocated before the Massachusetts Appeals Court and Massachusetts District Courts.
Education
Megan graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. While in law school Megan served as the Executive Editor of the Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy. She published a note on conceal and carry as it related to the Second Amendment with the Journal. She was a recipient of a Dean’s Merit Scholarship, and she was a member of the Dean’s List in law school. Megan received her B.A. in history from Whittier College in 2007. She was named History Student of the Year in 2007 and was the Rhodes Scholar nominee from Whittier College.

Professional Affiliations
At Whittier, Megan was the goalkeeper and captain of the NCAA Division III Women’s Soccer Team, where she was awarded second-team all league. In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog.
