Melissa Timoshchik has over 10 years of experience successfully representing hospitals, physicians, chiropractors, nurses, medical groups, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, medical associations and healthcare systems in complex high exposure cases involving wrongful death, medical negligence, wrongful life, elder and adult dependent abuse, and premises liability.
Prior to joining Fraser Watson & Croutch, LLP, Melissa was an associate with Fonda & Fraser, LLP.
